The performers were chosen for their live performance abilities. The album features classic songs by Bob Marley, James Taylor, Warren Zevon and Kansas along with compositions by the performers.
The Hybrid Super Audio CD (SACD) format was chosen because of its optimum frequency response, which improves both the Stereo DSD and the Redbook CD layers of this disc. Both layers have the full dynamic range of the original mixes and were mastered in Blue Coast’s own studios.
