New Orleans native Kitty Cleveland, an inspirational speaker and award-winning singer, songwriter and actress, has been delighting audiences around the world for over 25 years. Though she put her singing on hold after college to pursue careers as a lawyer, university instructor and career counselor, Kitty’s life as a Christiian music missionary began in earnest after launching her first CD in 2000.
Kitty has since appeared in concert and as a keynote speaker throughout the United States, in Europe and in Canada. Her versatility has allowed her to sing for the U.S. bishops in St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome; for U.S. Senators in Washington, DC; with the New Orleans Opera, and lead roles with Tulane Summer Lyric Theater. She recently traveled to Kibeho, Rwanda with Immaculee Ilibagiza, author of the New York Times best-seller Left to Tell, to prepare for one of her next CDs, The Rosary of Seven Sorrows.
Thousands of people have heard Kitty’s stirring testimony, which she delivers with humor, grace and not a little heartache. This engaging testimony, which takes us all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, is now being heard on EWTN Radio’s new program Magnificat Proclaims. Lighthouse Catholic Media, which has distributed over three million CD’s worldwide, has recently added Kitty to their roster and released her new CD God Will Provide.
