Gabriel D'Or
"Gabriel D'or", also known as Gabriele Minikino Martinez, was born in Turin (Italy) in 1984. As a kid, he was a passionate of all kinds of music and when he turned 16 he decided to start a career as a DJ and producer. Madrid is the city where he began to dive into electronic music, techno being the style he got more into. At the age of 23 he started launching EP's thanks to many record labels until he decided to open his own along with Julio Gonzalez (Selected Records). In 2009 all the efforts as a label manager and DJ bore fruit when he obtained good results on the Beatport sales chart, the major electronic and dance online music store; but mainly by meeting people while frequenting the best clubs in Madrid, such as Klubbers Day, Fabrik, Macumba-Danzoo, Deep, Penelope and Reset Club. In 2009 he also teamed up with "Bordoy" to create new Techno productions with a touch of Minimal and some House sounds. Seven years as a producer and five as a DJ make Gabriel D'Or play a fluent and consistent live set.
Bordoy
Since the Dj'ing career began back in 2000, both have played techno for many years with vinys heavily influenced by people like Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin or Adam Beyer.They have always know to combine his sound egineering studies with his learning as Dj and Producer.Now the duo have perfected their sets into an enthusiastic, free-flowing rhythmic beat made up loops, fx, melodies and groovy basslines, making a unique set by mixing two live sets with real vinyls. (using about 15 virtual and analog channels )Since their first release in 2009 they have work on important clubs from different countries with artists such as Guy Gerber, Luciano, Ricardo Villalobos, Alex Under Jenipher Cardini, with remix work for artists such as Alex D'elia & Nihil Young, Hertz. Roy RosenfelD, Neuroxyde, Phunk Investigation, Da Fresh, SQL and many more...In 2011 alone they have had Beatport top sellers on more than 8 different occasions on Techno and Tech House and Minimal Charts with releases on 1605, Music Therapy (the four track released on Top sellers), Respekt, Rhythm Converted, Sabotage, Capsula, Selected Records and Pornographic Recordings.With full support from the likes of , Umek, Dubfire, Richie Hawtin, John Acquaviva, Mark Knight, Joey Beltram, Cristian Varela, Alex Under, Spektre, Paco Osuna, Sebastien Leger ,Popof, Mistress Barbara, Marco Bailey, Tom Hades,, Sasha Carassi, Genaro le fosse, Axel Karakasis, Industrialyzer, Manuel de la mare, Roy RosenfielD its clear to see that these guys are at the top of their game right now....
