They have done it again and made the impossible into possible and recorded an even better album than the debut. Robert Sall (Work Of Art), Erik Martensson (Eclipse) and Jeff Scott Soto (Talisman) has perhaps already done this years album of the year with Rise Up, this is so awesome that you can not believe your ears when playing their new album. I thought the debut was almost a masterpiece but with this new album they have outdone themselves and recorded a magical follow-up to the fantastic debut album. New album has everything you want to hear and then some more. They open up with Walk Away that is tough filled with big hooks, riffantastic melodic guitars and a powerful chorus and when you hear it, your sold. Next up is the first single, Learn To Live Again and it's as good. On this one Erik and Jeff shares the vocals and makes a duet and the chorus is like glue when you hear it, AOR heaven. The wonderful ballad Love Heals is stunning and Jeff sings his heart out. What You Want is another huge rocker with a huge catchy chorus with powerful background vocals. On The Run is nothing but class with a brilliant chours with stunning harmonies, it don´t get much better than this, pure magic. The hookladen Shot is another winner with layers of melodies, the huge and catchy chorus hits you hard and it won´t leave your head. Still Believe In Us is a fantastic powerballad with excellent melodies and a superb chorus. Last song on the album is Still Unbroken and this is a perfect way to end the album with another huge rocker with a fantastic chorus. This is a outstanding album were they have found a splended mixture of guitars and keyboards to get the sound both heavy, powerful and melodic. The album has superb arrangements and the hooks are everywhere on this album. You won´t find a single weak song on Rise Up and the production is both powerful and tight. This is a album that I recommend highly and if you don´t like this I think it´s a crime. Buy, buy, buy.
