For our 52nd release our resident artist, Ji Hwan Hwang aka Sunny Terrace is debuting his album, 'The Orbit'.

Ji, the mastermind behind Sunny Terrace, showcases his musical
prowess and takes us to a journey of melodic bliss.

Bluish Violet:

Carefully crafted sounds carry this chilled progressive tune to the coastal sunsets. Dulled saws rip through the air over the bright and sunny beat.

Gravity:

Piano notes play in alternating patterns with uplifting chords, as if to cleanse all, all over the grungy and thick bass lines. Inspiring vocal chops, chopped into arpeggios with shamisen makes this most interesting one.

Here I Am:

Features light and upbeat percussion, and even lighter, though full in sound, pads. Futuristic alarms whine up and down over the build up and everything comes together in grace.

Normalizing:

The futuristic sounds of trance and house meet instruments from the far east and past, to come together for some truly unique and uplifting sounds.

One Day:

Chords echo in ambience over faint vocals and progressively sombre piano keyplay. One Day is an emotional but beautiful piece. A true chill out tune for the sunrise.

Rainbow:

Rainbow is refreshing and motivating with it's warm guitar plucks fading in the rain showers away with pads played on the triplet, making this one rather happy and energetic.

Seaya:

The main lead shocks all listeners awake with its rapture of sounds. Synths blast on high with a myriad of melodic elements and a dash of vocals. Seaya is of the more prominent uplifters on the album.

Sunny Tides:

Sunny Tides is a great track for the beach, as it comes with sound bytes of crashing waves and select percussion that mimics the sound of sand being kicked around.

The Orbit:

The title track is the focal piece of Ji's album, in a nutshell, will send you into the gravitational pull of the planetary bodies around the sun. Combining softened sounds that fade into intensity only to pull back again with piano reverb echoing into ambiance.

With Evening:

With Evening is the perfect end to Sunny Terrace's album. It could also serve the perfect end to the night as well, with smooth jazz influence through its percussion and some synths, and the delicately chopped vocals.
