For some time the prog metal genre seems like a crumpled up on itself. Fortunately, every now and then we hear some bands that denies us and we can get back to love the sound of which the first Dream Theater had made us fall in love. And it is precisely in the early stages of the band's James LaBrie that the Veronese Harmonic Motion seem to look when you show off their twelve tracks that make up this second album, which features the new singer Luca Adami and marks an important step to the texts in English, compared self-titled debut two years ago. "Down to Timava" is a concept album that - as they explain themselves in the book - is a musical journey in the interior, in darkness and in the light of the soul. A metaphor that powers the light and shade of the disc, full of impressive passages, but also of extraordinary melodies, sung highlighted by mature Adami. Despite a display of individual technique thick, songs like "The Shadow" (also on video), "Snad Solder", "Revolution", "Spring Time" cantabile passages abound. A special mention deserve the title of the song that disk and the final "Cracks" two songs long, sort of suite, which show how the harmonic motion is a wonderful reality to which all lovers of prog metal should approach with great curiosity
