1. "Positivo/Negativo (1973)"
The very first recording of this tune, produced by Gigi Venegoni. It’s a softer version, with glockenspiel stating the main themes.

2. "Vorrei Esser Pensiero (2004)"
Written for the internationally famous Sanremo festival. It represents a missed opportunity: arti & mestieri was invited to perform in the “groups” category, but we never made it there.

3. "Nanneddu Meu (2006)"
A protest song from Sardinia, recorded live during a concert in Sestu. It’s protesting corruption and it’s an open invitation to fight for a better future.

4. "Alfonsino (1974)"
Alfonsino’s presentation in Turin, during our national tour with PFM.

5. "Consapevolezza (2001)"
Recorded ‘live in studio’ when arti & mestieri were a quartet with Venegoni, Gallesi, Chirico and Crovella.

6. "Comin' Here To Get You (1973)"
The very first recording of this piece, sung by Giovanni Vigliar. Since performing it at “Prog Day”, it’s become a constant in our live repertoire.

7. "Corrosione (2005)"
A multi-saxophone arrangement by Alfredo Ponissi.

8. "Largo (2003)"
Original recording that would become the final part of “Articolazioni”.

9. "Mescal (1975)"
A vocal arrangement that we recorded when Gianfranco Gaza joined us as lead singer (after leaving Procession). The use of three-part vocal harmonizing started us off in another musical direction.

10. "Drumbasso (2000)"
A rhythmic interlude by Gallesi and Chirico.

11. "Pensare A Demetrio (2000)"
Iano’s (and arti’s) endless admiration towards Demetrio Stratos.

12. "In Quadro (2001)"
A certain regret that arti & mestieri’s life as quartet (as in “RICORDarti 5”) was too short.

13. "Scacco Matto (1975)"
A rare live performance of this tune, by Giovanni Vigliar. It’s not as well-known but probably the one most appreciated among the band members.

14. "Articolazioni (Con Bora)"
A short extract from a really “stormy” moment! A strong wind “arrived from the scene” and knocked down instruments and amplifiers. Everyone left the place, except Beppe and Lautaro who didn’t stop playing… a little like the impromptu string ensembleon board the Titanic, playing to the end… You’ll swear you’ll hear the wind gusts on this track.

15. "Vicolo (1979)"
Quinto Stato’s line up with Flavio Boltro, who later became an international jazz star.

16. "Marylin (1975)"
The first recording with the original drum ‘ever changing’ groove on which Beppe will compose the central theme of this tune. This piece was dedicated to Marylin Monroe and Marilena Chirico.

17. "Necropoli (1975)"
It was our first composition, after recording ‘Giro Di Valcer Per Domani’, we had the idea of using the voice like a musical instrument. This recording was done during an Italian tour with Area.

18. "Esame Del Suono (1974)"
Gigi Venegoni in Genova during Italian tour with PFM.

19. "Mancata Promessa (2000)"
Dedicated to a club owner that… didn’t respect the agreement for a gig… We recorded it the night of the show.

20. "Terminal (1999)"
From the reunion concert of 1999 in Turin.

21. "Mescal (1979)"
Recorded in San Msuro, near Turin, by Quinto Stato’s line-up, with Flavio Boltro and Arturo Vitale.

22. "Umbrellas (1996)"
Beppe’s theme composed on Arturo Vitale’s vibes during the recording of Tilt tracks year later by Beppe and Furio.

23. "Tubular Drums (2000)"
Furio’s drum solo.

24. "Positivo/Negativo (1974)"
A short extract from our first tour with PFM, emphasizing another dimension of what we deem to be “progressive” music. We changed the original arrangement of the song, just after the issue of the album.

25. "La Piramide (1975)"
Funny how life comes full circle. This is arti’s first song after the release of the second album. We’ll reprise the idea of this song in our new concept album, due out in 2008.

26. "Valse Criollo (2006)"
This is one of the most popular pieces written by the great South American guitarist/composer Antonio Lauro. Lautaro Acosta made his arrangement for solo violin.

27. "La Marmora (1973)"
This is a short take from the very first recording session between Beppe and Gigi at Gigi’s home studio in Via La Marmora, in Turin. Beppe is playing Gigi’s “Farfisatron” and Gigicustom-made sound effects and Revox.

28. "Essere (2007)"
Iano’s arrangement of this song was inspired by a poem by Stravos Chirico, Furio’s son, who was born at arti & mestieri’s inception. (Sadly, he died in 2006)

29. "Naima (1998)"
From Reunion’s concert , this classic Coltrane song, performed by Gigi Venegoni and Arturo Vitale.

30. "Strips (2007)"
Iano’s arrangement of this song, with voices and choirs, all performed by Iano.

31. "Via De Amicis (1974)"
Cramps main office was in Via De Amicis, in Milan, and on this song we find Gigi Venegoni in an interview he did on Radio at Genova, overdubbed on the tune.

32."Farenheit (Dal 1974 Al 2006)"
“Farenheit”, a medley with different versions of the same musical theme, usually is the encore in our concerts, including the version of Arti’s show (the band we formed with members of “Procession”, brass and percussion after arti & mestieri split).

33. "In Italy"
Dedicated to our Japanese friends and to all our foreign friends, like our intro-card to Italy. We like when someone define our music as been Italian, in some ways and, at the same time, we hope that our style will always be remembered as “a la arti & mestieri”.Доп. информация: Этот альбом - часть большой коробочки от arti & mestieri, куда входит много добра. Полностью добро опишу в раздаче видеодисков. А у нас - аудио сборник, составленный из всяческих редкостей и забавностей. Вверху в списке песен добавил коммертарии, сделанные членами группы в буклете. К сожалению, буклет не отсканировал, потому как он в 2 раза больше моего стандартного сканнера.

А вообще - забавно...
Скажем, трек №2 записан специально для фестиваля в Сан-Ремо, куда ребят пригласили посоревноваться в категории "группы". Хехе, представляю себе Арти+Местиери рядом с "Рикки и Повери" и Пупо... Эх, говорят ребята, жаль, что мы так туда и не доехали, а то ведь такая возможность была...
Или трек №14: во время концерта вдруг ударил сильный ветер, со сцены снесло всех, кроме Беппе и Лаутаро, которые, словно та струнная группа на Титанике, так и играли до самого конца...

- подарoк добрякам к Новому Году. Пластинку выложить не смогу - нету патефона...
